Ozwall can supply on a turn-key basis a complete Ozwall production facility.
As part of our “turnkey” approach we would supply drawings detailing the building envelope and the site layout to be provided by our client.
Generally, we would use local contractors to supply main structural steel for the press and bulky items such as storage silos.
A basic Ozwall factory would have an annual gross production of 250,000/500,000m2 and would consist of the following main elements:
1.  1 or 2 press lines each of capacity 250,000m2;
2.  A plaster delivery system;
3.  A mixing/pumping station;
4.   A computer saw for accurate cutting of panels into wall elements including window and door openings.
5.   Drying racks. In very humid or wet locations a drying room may be required.
6.   Plant commissioning and monitoring.
7.   Training for wall production and cutting.
8.   Training for production of shop drawings and site installation.
9.   Optimal use of Ozwall in client projects.
The major ingredient in Ozwall panel is gypsum plaster and a local supply or economical imported supply is required. Plaster can be delivered in bulk, by tanker or by truck with 1 tonne bulker bags.
Preferably local waste stream gypsum such as ‘phospho” of FGD is available and we would package a calciner. Typically, the calciner could support at least two 500,000m2 facilities so a second revenue stream of high-quality plaster would be available.
All other materials are available from Ozwall on commercial terms.
